To join Bright Heart Health all you need to do is register – and we will assist you from there. To begin, contact one of our Care Coordinators to complete our intake documents. Once complete, you will be able to sign in and begin using the program right away.

We accept insurance! We will let you know if your insurance has cleared within one hour or less. All inquiries will be confidential, and a live person will be available to walk you through every step of the process.

    Bright Heart Health accepts most major insurance plans, including companies such as Aetna, Cigna, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Magellan and more.  It is important to know that each patient’s coverage will be dependent upon their individual policy.  Get a free insurance verification by calling us at (844) 884-4474.

  • Self-Pay

We understand that reaching out for help can feel overwhelming. When you call us you will be connected to a caring, knowledgable consultant who will address your concerns, answer your questions and guide you through the ins-and-outs of the enrollment process.

    Our staff and clinical team are available to answer questions, and assist you in understanding the treatment options available. In addition, if you choose our treatment, we will do a 15-to-30 minute clinical evaluation of you or your loved one’s eating disorder history and addiction or behavioral health issues so we can provide the appropriate care from the start.

    Paying for treatment can often feel like a stumbling block as insurance plans vary significantly. Whether you are using insurance or some other form of payment, we will help you with this process. If using insurance, we will quickly verify your benefits and walk you through your co-pays and your payment options.

    Each client has unique needs and requires an individualized treatment plan. We will begin by developing a specific plan for you that meets your schedule and lifestyle. Unlike traditional programs, we are online so we can tailor treatment specific to your schedule and needs.

    Setup & Access

    In addition to your online individual and group sessions, we will provide access to our online educational resources, communities and groups. You don’t need any specific technical expertise – we will test your computer, tablet, or smart phone and walk you through the process so you know you have access to our service, anytime and anywhere. If you do not have regular access to one of these devices, we may be able to help with that, too.
