David Pakter, MD

Dr. Davi Pakter is board certified in Family Medicine and Holistic Integrative Medicine. He completed his residency in Family and Community Medicine at UCSF and completed a fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona. He has dedicated his career to being a bridge between conventional and alternative medicine. Dr Davi has been practicing addiction medicine for over 10 years at community health centers in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is experienced in medication-assisted treatment of opioid addiction with Buprenorphine and Methadone within a multidisciplinary team. He has also served as Medical Director at several different health centers, moving forward his vision of wellness and integrative care to bring about sustainable healing of addiction and all illness. Dr. Davi works to provide individualized, team-based care for every patient from a Mind-Body-Spirit philosophy. He employs pharmaceutical and complementary treatments to address both the symptoms and the root cause of addiction. The cornerstone of his practice is to guide patients toward a healthy lifestyle. Dr. Davi builds relationships with patients to help them remove obstacles to healing and nurture the innate drive toward health that exists within.
