Bright Heart Health provides chronic pain management using partial agonist medications to address chronic pain issues and opioid dependency. Bright Heart Health is a comprehensive program, using medication alternatives to full agonist opioids (such as methadone, hydrocodone, fentanyl) to address pain issues.

In addition, Bright Heart Health uses non-pharmacological interventions such as mindfulness, meditation and other techniques. Our multi-disciplinary team evaluates the whole patient to determine a comprehensive treatment plan focused on functional restoration.
